Priscilla Alamos is politologist and methodologist. She is postgraduate student of Arab and Islamic Contemporary Studies of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She holds a M.A. in International Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an B.A in Political Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Alamos’s research interests include conflict analysis, management and resolution, cities in conflict focused in Jerusalem, social research methods and the study of Democracy and Islam in the Middle East. Recent research focuses on territory and ethnicity in Jerusalem, particularly the relationship between, sacred land, self-determination and national aspirations in territorial- interethnic conflicts. She is co-author in “El Diseño de Una Nueva Institucionalidad Ambiental” in: Camino al Bicentenario: Once Propuestas para Chile, Ediciones Universidad Católica. 2007.
