Both Cultures at the Same Level
For a peaceful development in the high future, the two populations has to be of the same value.
To learn to live witht he other culture in co-existence, it should e possible to pull back, where the nations are not dependented on each other.
Total Independence has to be possible, it's not a must
No Man's Land
The old city with the holy sites (the wall forms the boundary of the area) is governed by impartial authories, eg. the United Nations
West Jerusalem
Will remain the capital of Israel, marked by the green line, will be the first center.
East Jerusalem
Will become the new capital of the palestinian people, will be the second center
Both centers will be devided but also be dependent on each other
They will be competitors at the same level
It's the only way to get it back into balance and for a long-teamed development of both the nations
The Areas Between
Nobody has the sovereignty over it, it will be governed by the civilian population
The democratic structures shall guarentee different evolutions without beeing influenced from "above"
