The project is based fundamentally on the transformation idea, not already only of the city but of the men that conform the city and that from a center of artistic generation, concentrate the intelligence and willingness for the same centripetal force of the fact of reconstructing the city starting from the arts. And on the other hand to the way of a centrifugal unfolding that irradiates one model of transformation, through the respect for the existent thing as soon as it outlines a life worthy of being improved, a life in the plenitude, starting from a dynamic instrument of execution that avoids to appeal in the habitual errors of the urbanism development. The Institution Workshop of the City, Humanistic Workshop, Artistic Workshop, Architectural Workshop, will represent the dynamic entity of the transformation, of the investigation and solution of the global and particular problems, of the concrete man, of the inhabitant of the city with its particular problems. This dynamics will end in a true justice and a real economy of the total plan, and already from the physical thing, a fair distribution and harmonic of the place and its particular spaces and the adaptation to the dimensional solutions. Naturally, it is thought here as a centralization permanent and decentralization simultaneous of the problem, in a carried out work and lived in the place and driven by the own actors to the way of teachers and disciple, breakaway of massive institutions that demand a heavy bureaucracy. Begin what facilitates a true training to who take to end. An architecture that investigates and suggest the new shape starting from what exists but without fixing and rigidly in speculative abstract plan.
