The proposed site is located at the heart of Jerusalem, the city that holds one of the most unique political, cultural, and religious backgrounds. The challenges of this project include the question of what architecture can do in this city that is filled with conflict and contestation. My solution is based upon Jerusalem as an international city, with the proposal for two-state under which all the Palestinians and Israel acknowledge each other the right to exist as independent, democratic states.

The main program consists of public market and street museum. Public market is intended to serve as a place to share resources, and street museum as a place to share knowledge and understanding among people with different backgrounds. The build-up areas of Israel and Palestinian around Jerusalem form the axis of the three-dimensional circulation web. Each area is demonstrated as circles with radius set by its population, and the lines of axis are set between them. The façade of the building are formed by points that move along the circulation tubes.

Each circulation tube is formed with a series of Israeli and Palestinian build-up areas as building sections. This is a building with its section continues to change as people circulate through the building. The structural system consists of aluminum structural tubes and triple pane glazing. The façade of the building keeps evolving as the building section transforms. The entirety of the building form develops like an organic living creature as the city evolves.
