There is no religions – it is a Zero space.
There is no politics – it is a Zero space.
There is no barriers – it is a Zero space.
It is offered to construct above Jerusalem a square platform made of glass -" Jerusalem Zero " -by the year of 2010. Elevators are placed in every of its numerous inclined supports chaotically distributed across Jerusalem, and their bases get both on Israeli, and on the Palestinian territories.
Condition of existence in Zero Space is absence of any external information capable to provoke human hostility. That`s why, some kind of a pass to " Jerusalem -Zero " is a nullification of all external attributes: sex, body, face & clothes. For this purpose in the support footing visitors should put on special " nullification clothes " which hide their face and a racial or religious accessory.
Thus, person does not lose communication with terrestrial Jerusalem being in " Jerusalem Zero ". He remains in terrestrial city the same way as the shadow represents person on a ground. His shadow falls from above through a glass platform of "zero space".
Owing to levelling of external attributes there is no occasion for stratification and delimitation. In forty years ( 2050 ) the New Person appears in " Jerusalem -Zero ". Only this New Person can create a new society.
