“An empty street” a paradox! It is what happens now in Jerusalem streets or maybe unrest street where you do not feel safe, there people instead of communication, as a basis for resolution, keep their eyes on passenger to discover the next suicide attack, so this project seek the new possibility on street to make it more livable space , a place as a public space . there is the possibility of changing the whole block to a walking zone, but also a concrete design and all-or-nothing strategy is not profitable, there should be the capability of continuous changing between walking and riding zone, therefore by exploiting of wire frames that are able to move, rotate, bend, expand and shrink we can change the function of block temporary due to different situations such as, ceremonies, concerts, natural disaster, public holidays,... The cell of wire frame core consisting of head and tail, the head as attraction part the tail as urban furniture and needless to say that the whole package is movable and bring the opportunities of different walk based activities such as, reading, sitting, chatting, sport movement, music, street art, street theater … and finally the pavement just expanded and took the park space and only the minimum space for 2 line street preserved also the new planting and green space were created at each side of pavements in order to preserve the functionality of riding street and enough open space for gathering like concert.
