This proposal consists of two main parts, Dislocated City (Jerusalem 2050) and World future Courthouse in Jerusalem 2050 as an international city:
Throughout history, the tallest builiding in the city has been the one reflecting the might of ruling system. Once, churches dominated the sky lines, showing the absolute power of religious leadership over every activity taking place in city. High rises then reached their hands to the sky, presenting the domination era of capitalism. Now, what shall be the tallest and highest man made structure to conquer Jerusalem sky line? What shall be the symbol of Jerusalem in 21st century?
It's the World Courthouse of Jerusalem, which will dominate the skyline, as the symbol of law and justice. "I am the World Courthouse, the land mark, the light, for those who lost their way."
Jails as the symbol of jurisdiction system has been an isolated environment build in dungeons, aimed to punish criminals. Future jail will have depriving role. Not only it no longer would be buried, the jail will be located at the height, above the city skyline. The prisoner shall observe the city life. This will also have lessons for the world.
